Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Run and analyze Slate reports to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with the Undergraduate Admission team and staff to promote consistent, efficient admission processes.
  • Assist with execution of undergraduate admission recruitment and conversion events, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student data and policies/procedures documentation.

The Enrollment Operations Specialist plays an important role in creating a seamless, student-centered experience for prospective students throughout the undergraduate admission process. The position provides responsive support to prospective students and families while ensuring accurate, efficient application processing and communication through Technolutions Slate.

The Enrollment Operations Specialist provides operational support for the Undergraduate Admission team and collaborates with school and college staff to ensure effective use of Slate and support undergraduate enrollment goals. The position manages sensitive and confidential student information with professionalism and discretion, maintains data integrity, and helps identify opportunities to improve admission processes and the student experience.

Position Duties
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, providing timely, knowledgeable, and responsive support through telephone calls, email, and text messages throughout the undergraduate admission process.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to the application process in Technolutions Slate, including monitoring application completeness, tracking the verification of official transcripts, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with admission liaisons.
  • Run and analyze reports in Slate to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing data, and take proactive steps to correct errors and maintain accurate records.
  • Evaluate and resolve real-time duplicate records in the Slate CRM system, using professional judgment to determine data accuracy and merge records as appropriate to maintain a streamlined and reliable admission database.
  • Collaborate with the Undergraduate Admission team and school and college staff to support effective use of Slate and promote consistent, efficient admission processes.
  • Assist with the execution of undergraduate admission recruitment and conversion events, including occasional evening and weekend events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion when handling sensitive student and application information.
  • Assist with documenting policies, procedures, and processes related to admission operations and Slate.
  • Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Supervision Exercised

Provides limited supervision and guidance to student assistants who support the Undergraduate Admission team with administrative and clerical tasks.

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with additional hours as needed; occasional nights and weekends required.
