The Enrollment Manager at Baruch College will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with undergraduate and graduate enrollment areas to support the implementation, adoption and effective use of Baruch College?s CRM platform. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Communications and Operations, the incumbent will maintain CRM functionality that reflects Baruch?s enrollment funnel and student success strategies. The role includes configuring and maintaining the CRM to ensure smooth and accurate data management, supporting enrollment processes, and delivering insights that drive student recruitment and retention.
As the primary point of contact for CRM management, the Enrollment Manager will develop, implement, and refine communication workflows, campaign automations, and reporting tools. This includes creating a user-friendly interface for internal teams, enhancing data accuracy, and continuously exploring CRM features to improve enrollment processes. The manager will also serve as a critical resource for the CRM implementation team, working collaboratively to train staff, provide user support, and establish best practices for CRM use across the enrollment areas.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$73,227- $82,928; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
CUNY is in the process of implementing salary schedule increases. Once implemented, salaries of eligible employees will be adjusted by 6.09% with additional increases of 3.25% effective 9/1/2025 and 3.5% effective 9/1/26, in accordance with the terms of the PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement.
