Job summary

Little Learner Children’s Academy in Illinois is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead enrollment and occupancy growth across our four centers. You will develop strategies to convert inquiries into enrollments, manage a team of Center Directors, and drive community engagement.

Travel is required; the role reports to the Executive Director/CEO and offers a base salary with performance bonuses. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, with 5+ years in sales or admissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/enrollment or admissions.
• Experience in childcare, private education, or hospitality preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage Center Directors and coach the team.
• Track metrics: inquiries, tours, conversions, retention.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and community outreach.
