Job summary

Seton Catholic Schools in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Family Engagement & Enrollment Partner to strengthen attendance, boost enrollment, and deliver exceptional family-centered service from inquiry through enrollment and beyond.

The role collaborates with the Family Engagement & Enrollment Growth Manager to connect families with school, parish, and community resources, while maintaining CRM records and supporting events throughout the year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in school, nonprofit, customer service, or family engagement preferred.
• Experience with attendance tracking, enrollment, or student information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily student attendance and tardiness.
• Identify students with excessive absences or tardiness.
• Develop relationships with families to address barriers to attendance.
• Maintain attendance interventions documentation and communications.
• Support attendance improvement plans for chronically absent students.
• Collaborate with staff to address attendance concerns.
• Make recommendations for home visits and coordinate with staff.
