Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts personal interviews to qualify prospective students and explain Hondros College of Nursing’s programs; advises on requirements to meet admissions requirements.
• Acts as liaison with campus departments to ensure enrollment is efficient and delivered with high customer service.
• Understands and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the admissions department at Hondros College of Nursing.
• Uses approved marketing and recruiting tools to educate prospective students about Hondros College.
• Uses active listening to align prospective student needs with the college and its offerings.
• Carefully assesses prospective students to ensure they meet admissions criteria to qualify for admission.
• Completes the applicant qualification process by reviewing entrance examination scores.
• Understands financing sources and refers students to financial aid to explain options.
• Ensures enrollment agreements are completed with proof of education, licensure, test scores and other enrollment variables.
• Participates with on and off campus recruiting events; information sessions, college/career fairs, open houses.
