The Role
As an Enrollment Counselor , you will play a critical role in helping students begin their journey to graduation. Working remotely as part of our Enrollment Marketing and Communications Team, you will guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process with empathy, clarity, and efficiency. This full-time position is instrumental in helping Acceleration Academies meet student enrollment growth objectives nationwide.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles
Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills
Passion: A genuine commitment to supportingstudentswho have disengaged from traditional schooling and a drive to help them succeed.
Language: Bilingual Spanish-English preferred
Technology: Technology: Experience with CRM or telemarketing software (e.g., Hubspot, Five9) preferred
Compliance: Must pass state and federal background checks
Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in education, student services, or youth engagement
Familiarity with enrollment software and high-volume calling environments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Passion for working with opportunity youth or non-traditional learners
