Pediatrics Plus is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator in the Central Arkansas area to manage enrollment communications across sites and oversee audits for DP and Therapy Medicaid. The role focuses on advocating for families and coordinating with preschool services leadership to meet eligibility requirements.

The position involves detailed record-keeping, compliance with federal and state guidelines, and timely processing of enrollment documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with each site on enrollment status.
• Review and submit DP and Therapy Medicaid audits.
• Develop relationships with families and communicate eligibility.
