Qualifications
1-2 years of direct patient care experience, inside sales experience in healthcare preferred.
Experience in Sales, Care Coordination or Case Management.
Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day.
Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, social services, or related field.
Responsibilities
Patient Engagement; Build trust and rapport as the first voice patients hear.
Program Education; Serve as an internal expert on the member onboarding experience.
Enrollment Support; Manage a call list to educate target members on program benefits.
Growth Enablement; Drive participation and support organizational enrollment goals.
Patient Satisfaction; Ensure patients receive efficient care coordination.
Collaborate with the clinical team in scheduling provider visits.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.
Advocate for patients within the healthcare system.
