Job summary

Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management seeks an Assistant Director, Enrollment Management Analytics to advance data-informed decision-making across SEM and support admissions evaluation. This role designs training, builds analytic models, monitors research, and ensures fair, efficient processes aligned with university enrollment goals.

Reports to the Senior Director of Evaluation and Selection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, enrollment management, or related field within higher education.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Building: Design and deliver training programs to increase data literacy within the enrollment team.
• Model Creation: Lead development of statistical and evidence-informed models supporting enrollment goals.
• Research Monitoring: Stay informed about external research in enrollment, admissions, and student finances and disseminate findings.
• Process Oversight: Support admissions evaluation components, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Quality Assurance: Develop metrics and evaluation criteria to assess effectiveness and fairness of the admissions process.
• Collaboration: Work with Director of Enrollment Operations, marketing, and recruitment to refine strategies.
• Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights to support enrollment planning and resource allocation.
• Performance Measurement: Develop OKRs with Sr Director of Evaluation and Selection.
