Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management (OGSM) is seeking an Application Evaluator to assess applicants’ materials within the Strategic Enrollment Management unit. The role is seasonal and part-time, with training starting in September and evaluation through May 2027.
Hours vary with application flow and include periodic daytime CST meetings. The position requires accurate timekeeping, strict confidentiality of admissions data, and the ability to meet weekly goals.
The Application Evaluator team is responsible for the holistic assessment of applicants’ materials. This position is a seasonal, part-time role with hours dependent on application flow. The role begins with training in September, and application evaluation until May 2027. While seasonal application evaluators do not need to be in the Nashville area, they must be available for periodic daytime meetings in the Central Standard Time Zone. This is an hourly position, and the candidate must keep accurate time records.

The SEM unit employs data-driven strategies that align enrollment practices with OGSM’s reputational ambitions, revenue goals, and academicmission.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis roledoes notentail direct supervisory responsibilities for staff members. This role reports directly to theSeniorDirector ofEvaluation and Selection.
