  • Demonstrate Purpose-Driven Sales Grit: Maintain high energy, optimism, and resilience when overcoming objections and reframing them into motivation.

  • Champion Student Retention & Starts: Partner across teams on retention initiatives to ensure candidates stay motivated and fully prepared for their start date.
  • Adapt to Evolving Priorities: Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall campus and enrollment goals.
KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Data Literacy & Pipeline Optimization: Leverages sales metrics, funnel conversion rates, and CRM insights to self-govern daily activity, refine follow-up strategies, and maximize pipeline performance.
  • Work Ethic & Operational Discipline: Demonstrates exceptional punctuality, consistency, and time management essential for maintaining continuous pipeline momentum and executing scheduled consultations.
  • Persuasive Communication & Value Selling: Articulate and assertive; excels at building rapid trust, creating immediate urgency, and positioning education as the ultimate vehicle for life change and career transformation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven Sales Success: 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments, such as direct sales, agency recruiting/staffing, or outbound B2B/B2C sales.
  • High-Volume Activity Discipline: Proven track record of executing high-daily-activity routines, managing pipeline velocity, and maintaining sharp personal organization.
