Qualifikationen

• Associate Admissions Advisor: Associate's Degree or equivalent; minimum six months in admissions or related work experience.
• Admissions Advisor: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; minimum six months in admissions or related work experience.

Aufgaben

• Responds to inquiries about Herzing University's courses and programs via telephone, email, text, and chat.
• Interviews prospective students to determine motivation and goals for education.
• Helps identify best educational program matching needs and goals, and shares Herzing benefits.
• Guides prospective students through admissions process and connects to support resources.
• Generates inquiries through outreach events and the local community.
• Other duties as assigned.
