Interactive College of Technology seeks a full-time Admissions Associate for the Morrow Campus. You will present information to prospective students, provide customer service, listen to career aspirations, resolve enrollment questions, and guide applicants through the admissions process with the highest ethical standards.

You will manage leads, coordinate campus visits, liaise with Financial Aid and Academic Advisors, conduct interviews, tests, and follow enrollment procedures to drive

Competenze

• Must have previous inside sales experience.
• Able to adapt schedule and hours as needed.
• Strong communication skills for a wide range of audiences.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Mansioni

• Manages leads through follow-up calls, emails, mailings, texting, and other means to maximize enrollments.
• Arranges campus visits and conducts campus tours for prospective students.
• Acts as liaison between students and Financial Aid, Placement, and Academic Advisors.
• Conducts student interviews, administers entrance and placement testing, and advises on academic requirements.
• Develops strategies to achieve enrollment success.
• Completes enrollment files with tests and admissions documents.
