The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in enrollment or related fields; exceptional experience may substitute education.

Mansioni

• Supervise Admissions Advisors and Enrollment Coaches to enhance performance.
• Implement standardized admissions processes and monitor enrollment metrics.
• Assist in setting and monitoring new student and persistence enrollment goals.
• Coordinate training and staff development for the enrollment team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and enrollments.
• Visit high schools and community locations to promote TSTC.
