Job summary

HRforGrowth is representing a growing accounting firm in Naples, Florida, seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer to join its in-office team. This role focuses on complex individual, trust, and business tax return preparation with year-round client engagement.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing returns (1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065), assisting with planning and IRS correspondence, and collaborating with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors while

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA credential in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience.
• Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar software.
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
• Trust/estate experience is a plus.
