Job summary

Tucson Unified School District in Tucson is seeking Enrichment Instructors to provide program enrichment classes in non-core subjects such as Mariachi, cooking, photography, chess, life skills or other. Three positions are available at C.E.

Rose K-8 – Irvington & 12th Ave Area. Candidates must have Mariachi expertise, a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and pass FBI background checks with immunization proofs before start.

Minimum Requirements

• Knowledge/experience in the specialization of Mariachi
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions

Requirements Prior to Start Date

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization

Location: C.E. Rose K-8 – Irvington & 12th Ave Area

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
