About The Role

As an Enrichment Leader with Belmont Village Senior Living, you will plan, organize, and implement specialized activities for a group of seniors with cognitive disabilities living within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will lead group activities following our award‑winning memory enrichment program curriculum, demonstrating reliability, empathy, and a growth mindset while providing exceptional hospitality to help seniors thrive as they age.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Lead and teach small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in our award‑winning therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Prepare materials and conduct relevant research to confidently lead engaging memory enrichment activities.
• Assist with cognitive assessments, track and trend resident participation, and maintain related compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special‑needs population.
• Ability to work the defined schedule, which may include weekends.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Professional, pleasant, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Consistent, reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.
