Job summary

The Assurance Group is looking to hire agents for an outside sales role in Kentucky. The position involves visiting clients in person (no remote work) with fresh leads supplied and flexible hours. Training and ongoing support are provided within a national marketing organization.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with reliable transportation and strong people skills, especially with senior adults. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required as we train new agents.

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).
