Job summary

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District is seeking a paraeducator to support instruction at Kings Beach Elementary School. You will assist with instructional activities and provide student support under the direction of the principal and certificated staff.

This part-time (.75 FTE) position runs 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must meet qualifications including a high school diploma, a TTUSDParaeducator exam or an AA degree/48 college units, and

Purpose Statement
This position works under the direction of the principal, and, when assigned to a specific classroom, has additional accountability to the certificated teacher for that classroom. This position supports the instructional program by providing instruction, academic support, direction, information and expertise to individual students or groups of students in specific content areas.
