This is NOT an entry level position

and requires at least 1 year of Hardscape Crew Leader work experience at a Company we can contact to verify and a Valid Driver’s License, preferably with a For Hire Endorsement.

Rate of pay is dependent upon previous work experience and any certifications/licenses you hold, starting at $19 per hour.

If your resume does not show HARDSCAPES CREW LEADER EXPERIENCE, your application will be rejected. Make sure your landscaping experience and hardscapes crew leader work experience are on your resume. Applications without resumes will be rejected.

Responsibilities include:

1. Achieving efficiency and client standards.
2. Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
3. Driving and maintaining our vehicles, training personnel with an emphasis on safety, handling schedules, and reviewing charts and reports.

You might be a good fit if you have:

1. 2+ years of landscape install experience.
2. Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew.
3. At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience is a plus.

Preferred qualifications include:

1. Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership, and familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
2. Ability to handle physical work, including weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking.
3. CDL license.
4. Reliable transportation.
5. Experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
6. Ability to read architectural drawings.
7. Strong leadership skills.
8. Ability to work well with others.
