Job description

A Lifescape Assistant Foreman can work well with others, is dependable and takes direction. Responsible for leading the crew in the foreman’s absence, safety monitoring, quality control, and other duties.

COMPENSATION: $47,840-$50,000 per year

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accurately install project according to plans and on budget with guidance of Foreman
2. Lead crew in preparation/execution of daily tasks, in the foreman’s absence
3. Load truck and trailer as needed to and from job site/shop
4. Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment.
5. Maintain open communication between crew and production management
6. Maintain accurate daily time keeping via Aspire/Mtime mobile app
7. Assist Foreman in managing project hours to budget
8. Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
9. Other duties and projects assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. OSHA-10 or higher (preferred)
