We are looking for someone who truly enjoys the green industry. If you are motivated by creating beautiful landscapes and being a part of a collaborative team, this may be the job for you! As an Enhancement Crew Member, you will help our clients develop outstanding landscapes. You will work with a team of 2-5 team members and perform general landscape installation duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality.

Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:

  • Install a variety of plant material utilizing proper planting techniques
  • Use landscaping tools and heavy equipment in a safe manner
  • Accurately identify plant and landscaping materials
  • Properly weed client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment
  • Perform site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of related experience
  • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check
