Job summary

Tri Scapes, Inc is seeking a dependable Commercial Landscape Construction Crew Member in Georgia. You will assist in building and installing high-quality outdoor spaces, including site prep, softscaping, and hardscaping. Training is available for those with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities include grading, planting, laying sod, installing pavers, drainage, and basic irrigation under supervision. Join a team focused on growth, safety, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Neither formal experience nor a specific degree is required.
• 1+ years of experience in commercial construction, landscaping, or hardscaping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Softscaping: assist with grading, soil prep, planting, sod, mulch, or aggregate on commercial sites.
• Hardscape & Structural Work: help install pavers, walls, drainage, and edging under supervision.
• Materials & Tools: load, unload, and transport materials and hand tools safely.
• Equipment & Irrigation (Bonus): assist with light equipment and basic irrigation installation if trained.
• Safety & Maintenance: follow OSHA guidelines, wear PPE, and keep sites clean at day end.

Role and Mission

We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Commercial Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will assist in building and installing high-quality commercial outdoor spaces, including site prep, softscaping, and hardscaping. While experience in landscape construction, irrigation, or heavy equipment operation is a plus, it isnot required—we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn

Duties

• Site Preparation & Softscaping: Assist with grading, soil prep, planting trees/shrubs/flowers, laying sod, and applying mulch or aggregate on commercial job sites.
• Hardscape & Structural Work: Help install pavers, retaining walls, drainage systems, and edging materials under supervisor direction.
• Materials & Tools: Safely load, unload, and transport materials, hand tools, and small motorized equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, compactors, trenchers).
• Equipment & Irrigation (Bonus): Assist with operating light equipment (e.g., skid steers, mini excavators) and basic irrigation installation if experienced or after receiving safety training.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure site cleanliness at the end of each workday.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required. 1+ years of experience in commercial construction, landscaping, or hardscaping is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain) and regularly lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a positive team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation to the shop or primary job site required.
