This is NOT an entry-level position and requires at least 1 year of Hardscapes Landscaping Crew Leader work experience at a verifiable company.

Rate of pay is dependent on previous work experience and certifications/licenses held, with a starting range of $17 - $21 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure efficiency and client standards are met.
2. Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
3. Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel with a focus on safety, handle scheduling, and review charts and reports.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew.
• At least 1 year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership skills, familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical work, including weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking.
• CDL license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with others.
