Starting Rate

The minimum rate of pay is $18 per hour and could increase depending on previous work experience and certifications/licenses you hold.

Candidates with a Chauffeur's license (Commercial Driver's License) will take priority over candidates with just a Driver's License. A Driver's license is a minimum requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Attain efficiency and client standards
• Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel with a focus on safety, handle schedules, and review charts and reports

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew
• At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership, familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Physical ability to handle weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
