We are looking for a Enhancement Crew Leader. This is NOT an entry-level position and requires at least 1 year of previous enhancement (hardscapes) crew leader experience; a valid driver’s license (chauffeur’s license may be required); the ability to pass a DOT medical exam (which includes a drug test by federal policy) and criminal background & driving records checks.

The starting rate of pay for this role is $20.00 per hour, which could increase based on previous work experience and licenses/certifications.

You would be responsible for multiple management roles, including:

• Ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards on job sites.
• Attending client meetings before and during construction projects.
• Driving company vehicles to and from job sites and vendor locations.
• Safely transporting heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Reporting job status and daily hours to the management team.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a 2+ person crew.
• Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials.
• The ability to estimate timelines during a construction project.
• The ability to take in-depth measurements and convert them to volume and/or area.
• The ability to deal with deadlines and changes.
• The ability to manage multiple staff members efficiently.

You must have the following:

• A valid driver’s license; a chauffeur’s license may be required.
• A DOT medical card or the ability to pass a DOT screening, which includes a drug test.
• The ability to pass random drug screenings.
• The ability to operate phone-based applications to report your team’s daily hours and your daily DOT startup and shutdown.
• Multiple years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• The ability to safely tow construction equipment and trailers.
• The ability to work overtime and some weekends.
