This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least 1 year of verified work experience as a Hardscape Crew Leader, with contact information for a previous employer provided for verification.

STARTING RATE OF PAY IS $19 PER HOUR AND COULD INCREASE DEPENDING ON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

• Valid Driver's License: Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience: Minimum of 1 year Hardscapes Crew Leader experience necessary.
• DOT Medical card: Preferred. Candidate should already hold one. If not, must be able to pass a medical exam including a drug test (Federal requirement).

Note: If your resume does not show HARDSCAPES CREW LEADER EXPERIENCE, your application will be rejected. Make sure your landscaping and hardscapes crew leader experience are included on your resume. Applications without resumes will be rejected.

You’d be responsible for:

• Attaining efficiency and client standards
• Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Driving and maintaining vehicles, training personnel with a focus on safety, managing schedules, and reviewing reports

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience
• At least 1 year managing a 2+ person crew
• At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience preferred

Additional preferred skills include:

• Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership, familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Ability to handle physical work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), extensive walking
• CDL license
• Reliable transportation
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
