R.P. Marzilli & Company is a premier landscape contractor serving the New England area. We are seeking an experienced Enhancement Crew Lead to oversee groundskeeping teams and drive outdoor-space construction across our sites.

You will supervise crews, train staff, ensure safety, manage equipment, and handle administrative duties while delivering high-end landscapes and reliable service. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license with a strong work ethic; MA hydraulics license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape construction
• Installation and care of trees and shrubs
• General landscape masonry skills a plus
• Team player with high attention to detail
• Basic irrigation knowledge helpful
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Understanding of accurate and timely paperwork
• Proven leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good physical condition with ability to lift 40 lbs
