Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking an experienced Enhancement Crew Leader in Massachusetts to guide a 1–4 person crew across landscape construction projects. You’ll install and maintain trees and shrubs, demonstrate masonry skills, and ensure paperwork is accurate and timely.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. Candidates must be able to lead a crew of 1-4 people in all areas of landscape construction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction

• General landscape masonry skills a plus!


• Team player with high attention to detail

General Requirements include:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record


• Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!


• Ability to work in various weather conditions.


• Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs
