• Ensure efficiency and meet client standards
• Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and guide soil, planting, watering, and insect control activities
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with a focus on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports

Responsibilities

• Achieve efficiency and uphold client standards
• Conduct site inspections and provide leadership and guidance in various landscaping tasks
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, train staff on safety, and handle scheduling and reporting

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of landscape installation experience
• Minimum 1 year managing a crew of 2 or more
• At least 1 year in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs as needed

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Driver’s license with a good record, leadership skills, familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Ability to handle physical demands: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 lbs), extensive walking
• CDL license, reliable transportation, experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.), ability to read architectural drawings, strong leadership skills, teamwork
