Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• State or local security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials and documenting visitors, deliveries, and contractor access.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at points of entry, communicate with drivers and site personnel, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
