Qualifications

• Applicants must meet at least one of the following qualifications:
• 1-2 years experience supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, behavioral health needs, or related human service experience
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health or related field
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• Candidates with extensive experience supporting individuals with autism may be considered if they are willing to obtain NADD certification.

Terrapin House is seeking caring, dependable Direct Support Staff to provide one-on-one support to a young adult with autism in the Quakertown area.

This position focuses on helping an individual live a meaningful life at home and in the community while providing consistency, structure, and positive support.

Available Shifts

• Day Shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekdays and weekends available)
• Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Weekdays and weekends available)
• Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Weekdays and weekends available)
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
