English Teacher – US Navy Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL

The Future Sailor Preparatory Course (FSPC) is a specialized program designed to provide recruits with essential academic skills targeting English concepts that directly relate to the ASVAB, the military’s standardized test. This assesses qualifications for enlistment, eligibility for specific jobs, and guides placement in various military training programs.

This role offers educators the chance to transition from a traditional classroom setting into one that is mission‑driven, supports recruits, and prepares patriots.
