Right at Home Miami is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to assist clients in Miami, FL. You will provide personal care, mobility support, and companionship in clients' homes, following care plans with safety in mind.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for recognition and advancement within a trusted home care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Experience providing personal care and companionship is preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain patient safety.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care activities (hygiene, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with daily living activities and meal prep as instructed.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks in clients' homes.
• Support patient-specific activities including medications reminders and mobility exercises.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene


• Ambulation/Transfers


• Dressing/Shaving


• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions


• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Providing hospice supportive care


• Medication reminders


• Assisting with exercises


• Incontinence care


• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift


• Personal care


• Range of Motion Exercises


• Companionship


• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• CNA license or HHA Certificate


• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID


• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.)


• Auto Insurance


• CPR Card (cannot be an online class)


• TB or Chest X-ray


• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check
  
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU


• 1 letter of recommendation
