Job summary
Right at Home Miami Metro is seeking experienced Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in the Miami area. This essential service role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for pay increases through advancement programs.
Caregivers will perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments. A valid driver's license is required, with referral bonuses and recognition programs available.
Qualifications
- Home Health Aide Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (Required).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities) (Recommended).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job. (Recommended).
- Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile (Required).
Responsibilities
- Provides personal care activities (ADLs) and daily living assistance.
- Assists with ambulation/transfers, eating, dressing, and hygiene.
- Prepares meals and snacks per instructions; accompanies client to appointments.
- Performs housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, bed linens) and cleans bathrooms.
- Administers medication reminders and assists with prescribed therapy exercises.
- Supports dementia, incontinence care, and dietary needs as taught by a nurse.
