Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our trusted care team in Miami, FL. You will provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship to clients in their homes, promoting comfort and independence.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, travel time between clients, overtime and holiday pay, mileage reimbursements, and direct deposit. A valid CNA license or HHA certificate, driver’s license, background screening, CPR, TB/Chest X-ray,

Qualifications

CNA license or HHA certificate is required.
Valid Driver License or State Photo ID is required.
Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.) is required.
Auto Insurance is required.
CPR card (in-person class) is required.
Level 2 Fingerprint Background check is required.
Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU are preferred.
1 letter of recommendation is required.

Responsibilities

Performs personal care activities to assist patients with activities of daily living.
Includes hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, meal prep, errands/appointments.
Cares for patient through housekeeping tasks and medication reminders.
Provides hospice supportive care and supports exercises and incontinence care.
Uses lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
