Kelly is seeking remote bilingual Call Center Interpreters to work from home interpreting Spanish and English conversations in a variety of industries. This part-time role requires a minimum of 25 hours per week and includes a 3-week paid training period, with training hours scheduled 5am-12:30pm Pacific Time.

The position emphasizes real-time interpretation, video capabilities, and a long-term contract with a pay rate of $15 per hour. Benefits options are available.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in Spanish and English.
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week.
• No prior experience required.
• Video interpreting will be mandatory in this position.
• Comfortable being on camera during video calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle real-time live calls from a quiet home office.
• Interpret Spanish/English conversations across industries (Healthcare, Government, Police, Insurance, Financial, Travel & Hospitality).
• Interpret conversations that may be simple, complex, or technical.

We are currently looking for skilled Bilingual Call Center Interpreters that are available to work from home and interpret high volume inbound calls.

Details Of The Position

• Work from Home (Must reside in the United States)
• Currently looking for Part time Minimum 25 hrs
• $15 an hour – Long term contract

A Typical Day In This Position Might Look Like

• Handling real-time Live calls on demand in a quiet home office
• Help interpret Spanish/English conversations for a wide range of industries including Healthcare, Government entities, Police Services, Insurance, Financial, and Travel & Hospitality
• Interpreting Spanish/English conversations that may be simple, complex, or technical

Ideal Candidates Will Be

• Fully fluent in both Spanish and English
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week
• Manual dexterity to type or write notes
• Previous experience not required
• Education or work experience in teaching or translation considered an asset
• Comfortable being on camera as Interpreting in video calls will be a mandatory occurrence in this position

• The use of your personal device such as a tablet, laptop or desktop
• Private High speed Internet connection for work related electronic communication.
