Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team and contribute to our organization’s technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Zoho CRM, possess experience in PHP/jQuery/JS development, and have knowledge of website search engine optimization (SEO). The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system, developing and maintaining web applications, and optimizing our website for improved search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

1. Zoho CRM Management:
   Utilize in-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM to configure, customize, and maintain the system according to business requirements.
   Train and provide support to staff members on using Zoho CRM effectively.
   Continuously analyze and improve the CRM system to enhance efficiency and user experience.
2. Web Application Development:
   Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, jQuery, and JavaScript.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful implementation of web-based solutions.
   Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.
3. Website SEO:
   Conduct thorough analysis of the website’s current SEO performance.
   Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to optimize the website for search engines.
   Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
4. Technical Support:
   Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related issues.
   Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist in maintaining network infrastructure.
   Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
   Prepare reports on CRM usage, website analytics, and SEO performance.
   Present findings, recommendations, and improvement plans to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Zoho CRM and effectively managing the system.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, jQuery, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
• Sound knowledge of website SEO techniques and practices.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
