Job summary

Sylvania is seeking an English Learner (EL) Teacher for the 2026/2027 Academic Year in the Elementary Buildings. The role reports to the Building Principal or designee.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with NS endorsement. Preferred: prior classroom teaching in a comparable district. Salary ranges with full benefits are provided.

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Starting range $53,877.00-$75,454.00.
