Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools' Palisades High School seeks an English Learner (EL) Teacher for the 26-27 school year. The position is end-of-year and part-time, with duties centered on EL instruction and leading the LIEP for identified EL students.

The educator will plan and deliver EL coursework, monitor progress, collaborate with staff, and maintain IEP/504 documentation in accordance with NC standards. A Bachelor's degree and valid NC teaching certification (or eligibility) are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid NC Teaching certification or eligible for NC Teaching certification.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver EL instruction and implement LIEP for EL students.
• Assess and monitor EL student progress and maintain IEP/504 documentation.
• Collaborate with school staff to support EL learners and communicate with parents.
