Washoe County School District in Reno, Nevada is offering full and part time teaching positions requiring a Certified Nevada Department of Education Licensure and appropriate certifications. This role entails creating a safe learning environment and supporting student engagement.

Certified Nevada Department of Education Licensure Required. Must hold Bilingual, ESL, or EALD certification for the grade level of position.
Teacher's Salary Schedule. Salaries are subject to adjustment and may increase and decrease each fiscal year.
Please be advised health insurance premiums are paid by employees at a prorated percent for those working less than full time.
New employees will be fingerprinted upon hire and will have $58.50 deducted from their first paycheck to help defray the cost of fingerprinting. Fingerprint fees are subject to change.
Limited term contracts are assignments for a limited duration. These positions are grant‑funded and are contingent upon continued funding. At the conclusion of this position, the incumbent will be eligible to participate in the exclusive transfer process and overage process in accordance with the Washoe Education Association negotiated agreement.
