Description: Shakopee Public Schools is searching for a fabulous English / Language Arts Teacher (1.0 FTE) to join the amazing team at Shakopee High School.
Job Summary:
Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.
Qualifications:
  • Current MN teaching license in English/Language Arts or Communication Arts/Literature license
  • Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff

Salary can range anywhere between $50,000 to $118,444 depending upon education level and experience.
