Job Description - Production Supervisor

Join Triup, Inc. as a Production Supervisor. The role is primarily based on the factory floor, involving various operational tasks and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Bottling, Material Ordering, Inventory Management
• Manufacturing Cost Calculation and Data Input/Management using Excel
• Plant Safety and Sanitation
• Supervision of plant staff, including communication with temporary agencies
• Supporting the plant manager with other tasks

Requirements:

• Native or Business level Japanese and English
• Team leadership and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Responsibility and effective communication for staff management
• Interest in plant operations and management
• Willingness to learn, especially for entry-level candidates
• Basic PC skills

Work Hours:

During training: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri

Post-training: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Sun - Thu (Fridays and Saturdays off)
