Position: English Evaluator
Job Type: Work from Home
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Working Days: 6 days a week (1st & 3rd Saturdays and all Sundays off)
Working Hours: 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented English Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and effectiveness of phonics-based reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native English teachers from the US and UK. Your evaluations will ensure that teaching standards are consistently met and provide valuable feedback to support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native English teachers.
• Assess teacher performance against established rubrics and guidelines.
• Provide constructive, actionable feedback and recommendations to teachers for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback, using a data-driven approach.
• Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to maintain consistency and quality in evaluations.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of phonics principles and their application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience teaching reading and pronunciation using phonics, with a strong grasp of phonics principles.
• Familiarity with US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to deliver constructive and actionable feedback to educators.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using digital evaluation tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
• Experience with online education platforms and digital tools.
• Prior experience in phonics teaching, curriculum development, or instructional design.

Requirements (Must Have):

• A working laptop or desktop computer in good condition with the necessary specifications to run evaluation software smoothly.
• Fast and stable internet connection (Wi-Fi/Broadband) to ensure uninterrupted work and smooth access to digital platforms.
• A quality headset with a microphone for clear communication and effective listening during evaluation sessions.
