Job summary

Kids&Us Language School Belux in Barcelona is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. You will help monitor progress and coordinate family communications to ensure consistent development.

The ideal candidate has full English proficiency (C2), outstanding communication and organizational skills, and a positive, energetic approach with children.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level)
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Certificate/Background check clearance: no prior record (Sex Offences)

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
