Job summary

Kids&Us is seeking an Academic Coordinator for our Carabanchel school to join a vibrant English-learning community. You will work within the Tweens & Teens programme, support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events, and maintain regular communication with families.

The ideal candidate has full English proficiency (C2), strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive, energetic approach to inspiring children.

Qualifications

• Full proficiency in English (C2) required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record.

Responsibilities

• Work within the T&T (Tweens & Teens) programme, supporting students and maintaining regular communication with their families.
• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
