Fusion Academy Morristown is seeking an English and History Teacher for a 1-to-1 private school environment serving grades 4–12. You’ll design creative lessons, tailor instruction, and partner with parents to support each student’s academic and social-emotional growth.

You’ll differentiate instruction across English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics and Electives, with curriculum provided and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics, Humanities, Electives).
• Experience with students including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
