Job summary

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess expert skills, knowledge, experience and education in the subject area and a history of successful teaching or related experience.
Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in English.
Two years teaching experience, work experience in the field, and experience with on-line teaching.
Ph.D. in English.
Operation of a State Vehicle.
No Supervises Employees.
No Required Travel.
To and from any college campus/site location as assigned.
References & criminal background checks required.

Responsibilities

Teach developmental and/or college‑level English courses, potentially including distance-learning.
May be required to teach at prison sites as part of special assignments.
