Course: English Composition I

This writing-intensive course covers academic prose, including essays, arguments, and constructions.

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate weekly discussion forums to engage students
  • Meet weekly grading requirements and deadlines
  • Respond to student questions promptly
  • Support the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position, and Mission

What You Will Bring:

  • PhD in Composition, Writing, Rhetoric, or related fields, OR
  • Master’s in Composition, Writing, Rhetoric, or related fields, with exceptions for individuals with a Master’s in any field, 18 graduate credits in English, and substantial teaching experience
