Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related discipline or related technical certification is highly preferred.
• Internship or other hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• One year experience as an Engineering Technician in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience on creating wiring harnesses and using cable tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the engineering team during the design and manufacturing process.
• Set up & perform tests, collect data, and document performance.
• Conduct process evaluations and identify process improvement opportunities.
